Our priority lies within how well your child is moving, not how much or how fast.
Our Teens Program is a strength and conditioning class developed specifically for ages 9-15 and is always scalable depending on your child's ability. Our Kids Program is designed for ages 5-10 and incorporates everyday movements they would use at school, playing or at home. Both programs have a lighthearted, fun approach whilst maintaining focus on moving safely and gaining an understanding of the importance of general health and fitness.
Kids and Teens runs along with the school term, breaking during the school holidays.
Kids: Monday's and Wednesday's from 3:40pm-4:10pm
Teens: Monday's and Wednesday's from 4:15pm-5:00pm
